Description: This is scarce Japanese copy ( released in 1976 ) of his original album, coming with complete appendices. “SAMPLE DISC” letters are printed in Japanese on each label of disc ( See photo ). An insert is with Japanese liner notes, while the other one is “album discography of Sonny Rollins on Impulse” with Japanese liner notes. It’s hard to find Japanese copy of this album even in our country nowadays.

Condition: G/NM ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is lightly worn on the corners & outer edges. It’s stained with brown spots inside gate-fold ( See photo ), while being slightly scraped on the surface of outside. Spine-edge is vertically creased and lightly discolored. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There are a few spindle-marks with minor spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: G, being cut in square in upper left-rim of back side and slightly stained with minor brown spots on the surface of back side. Upper right-rim of front is creased with a tiny tear. A supply-tag is still in the bottom of back side.

INSERT: EX+

COMPANY SLEEVE: VG+, being lightly tanned along the bottom-rims of each side. Otherwise no tear or split on outer edges.
