Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY 4 live track PROMO 12” ( released in 1987 ) of Bruce Springsteen, coming with rare appendices. This 12” includes 4 live tracks ( See the track-list below ). Side A tracks are taken from the Live: 1975-1985 album, while Side B tracks are previously unreleased on an album.

OBI was not originally issued for this item. A fold-out poster was issued only for this 12”. A “SAMPLE” white sticker is in left bottom corner of back cover, while the same texts are printed in Japanese on each label of disc ( See photos ). It’s hard to find this item even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG+/M ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for slightly worn corners & right-edge. It’s lightly scraped on upper portions of each side. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc is TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT". No flaw on the groove & label …very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: NOT originally issued for this item. Instead a gold sticker is on the shrink-wrap, which is gone with shrink-wrap.
